Privacy
Clear privacy language for a practical wellness site.
Men's Health Hub is designed for static previews, ad-ready pages and educational wellness content. This policy explains example data handling in plain English.
Contact About DataPrivacy Summary
Wellness logs shown on this site are examples unless you choose to enter or save information in your own browser or notebook. We recommend avoiding sensitive medical details in routine notes.
Example safe note: "Slept 7 hours, walked 20 minutes, stress-control score 65." Avoid writing diagnosis details, medication changes or private medical history into general wellness trackers.
Shareable microcopy: "Track habits, protect privacy, and keep medical questions with qualified professionals."
Cookies and Analytics
If analytics are enabled, they should be used to understand page views, navigation paths and content performance, not to diagnose health status. Advertising screenshots and static previews should use example data only.
Deterministic example: 1,000 page views, 320 routine-builder clicks, 120 tracker visits -> routine click rate = 320 / 1,000 = 32% and tracker visit rate = 120 / 1,000 = 12%.
Data Removal and Contact Instructions
To request removal of information you submitted, send a message with the subject "Data Removal Request - Men's Health Hub" and include the email address used for the submission. Do not include medical details in the request.
Non-JS contact fallback: If a form is unavailable, use this plain text template: "Please remove my submitted wellness contact data associated with [email]. I understand this request does not include medical advice."
Response example: "We received your request on May 12 and will confirm completion after the matching contact record is removed."
