Terms
Use Men's Health Hub as wellness education, not medical care.
These terms explain the scope, limitations and responsible use of our routines, trackers, nutrient examples and marketing microcopy.
Return HomeScope and Purpose
Men's Health Hub provides informational wellness content about habits, energy support, nutrition awareness, movement, sleep preparation, stress control and confidence routines.
Example acceptable use: reading a hydration checklist, printing a morning plan, and tracking a weekly consistency score. The content is not a diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan or emergency service.
Shareable microcopy: "Build better routines with clear wellness education and responsible expectations."
Safe Use and Wellness Limitations
- Use movement examples at a comfortable intensity and stop if pain, dizziness or unusual symptoms occur.
- Use nutrient information as education, especially if you have allergies, medical conditions or medication considerations.
- Use confidence content as communication and routine support, not a substitute for clinical care.
Deterministic example: Planned routine 5 days, completed 4 days -> 4 / 5 = 80% consistency. Output: "Strong weekly adherence," not "health condition improved."
Content Use, Marketing, Feedback and Disputes
Marketing snippets may be used to preview educational content, provided they preserve responsible support language and do not turn wellness habits into medical promises.
Feedback example: "The printable routine card helped me complete four mornings this week." Disallowed framing: "This routine cured my condition."
For concerns, send a concise note with the page name, the issue and a requested correction. Non-JS fallback: copy this line into email: "I am reporting an issue on [page] because [reason]. My requested correction is [summary]."
