Transparent Formula

Vitality Index = average of sleep score, hydration score, movement score, nutrition score and stress-control score.

Worked example: Sleep 80 + Hydration 70 + Movement 90 + Nutrition 75 + Stress Control 65 = 380 / 5 = Vitality Index 76 -> "Strong foundation, improve stress control."
